Given the current realities and unrest, we will begin our conversation tomorrow by acknowledging the climate of racial inequity and the linkage to COVID-19. Employers have a responsibility for (and benefit from) an inclusive, healthy and positive work environment.

Enabling an effective return to the workplace is beyond opening the doors and confirming a safe environment. During this time of uncertainty, employee concerns and unique needs must be examined to help make the transition smooth and successful.

Each employee will have different needs and wants and creating a transparent and inclusive environment is critical.
